    • T1: Lion Training Grounds
      • This is where all of Senzo no Kitsu’s bushi train, while it is not an official school many still come to practice the weapon arts.
    • T2: Kitsu Shugenja School
      • This is where all Kitsu Shugenja train, it is a large school and the only shugenja school in the lion lands.
    • T3/E2: Hall of Ancestors
      • This is the place that many Lion samurai come to revere their ancestors, it also has a small Ikoma Bard School on the ground floor.
      • Jishin spent a good deal of time here during his stay praying to his ancestors, here he met the Kitsu family daimyo who was impressed by his dedication.
  • (S)hops
    • S1/E4: Erabu Sake House Sake-Sama’s Uchi no Erabu
      • Run By: Ide Ryozo, who is a loud friendly man who has taken a liking to the PCs.
      • This is the most popular Sake House in the city, and it is know for having a variety of different sakes and soshus to choose from. There is even a cystern next to the place that ferments it’s own sake, which is quite guarded by Ryozo, he calls it his Special Stock.
      • The players spent many a night drinking at the place, so much so that Ryozo knows them all by name, and he picked up a nickname form a drunken comment made by Jishin. He even changed the name of his shop to accommodate it.
    • S2: Paper Bound Memories
      • Run by: Kitsu Suzume, who starting running the shop after her husband’s death, she loves picking up the latest rumors.
      • This is a bookstore in the city, and it boasts a wide variety of different books, some far older than others.
    • S3: Ancestor’s Rest Inn
      • Run by: Ikoma Inari, who is a friendly middle aged woman
      • This is where most guests stay when they come to visit the city, it is an average quality establishment, but it has a cozy feel.
    • S4: Ochu House
      • Run by: Kitsu Denbu, he is an unassuming old man, who will talk to anyone that will talk back.
      • This is the most popular Tea House in the city, many samurai come here that do not feel up for the loud atmosphere of Ryozo’s place.
    • S5: House of Flying Daggers
      • Run by: Shosuro Rikoto (Riko-chan), who is an onnagata, or used to be, before settling into this city and opening a geisha house.
      • It is easily the most popular geisha house in the area, and all kinds of things go on tucked away behind that red wall and the shops red curtain.

    • S6: Kimono Shop
      • This is the only kimono shop in the city, but the man that runs it is highly skilled.
      • This is where Jishin first met Reiko, and he was convinced by her to buy a new expensive kimono. Much to the delight of the owner, Jishin also helped PCs and NPCs choose new kimono here as well.
    • S7/E3: Art Shop
      • This is the place that Toshiro found Reiko and talked to her about gifts, it is also the place that Reiko and Jishin spent a morning and afternoon together enjoying each others company and a view of the Hall of Ancestors at dawn.
  • (E)vent Areas
    • E1: Shady Print Shop
      • This is the print shop that Kuai found the information about Ide ordering the prints, it is also the scene of a grisly murder, that Kuai committed. It is still unsolved.
